Family Life Care provides support services for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being for all ages and abilities. Sometimes things happen that challenge independent living for you or your loved ones. From pediatrics to geriatrics, we provide a vast array of services from temporary help to full-time skilled nursing care.

Skilled Nursing
Services prescribed by a physician consisting of either part-time or intermittent nursing care provided by a registered nurse or license practical nurse within the scope of the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
Occupational Therapy
Service that provides supportive care and supervision to an individual when the primary caregiver is unable to perform these duties due to a planned brief absence.
Speech Therapy
Services that provides Speech Therapy in short-term acute settings or in the case of progressive neurological diagnoses, long term therapy maintenance programs.
Caregiving
In addition to providing expert in-home care, Family Life Care is proud to partner with the finest senior advocacy agencies in the Southeast.
Long Term Care Programs
Long term in-home care can be utilized for many situations and provided at many different levels of care. We're proud to serve clients with long term care needs at every level of care.
Short Term Care Programs
Short term or post acute care is related to the care services required post hospitalization or after an accident. Post acute care is short term in nature.
Care Management
Care Management (aka Geriatric Care Management) is a holistic, client-centered approach to planning with and caring for aging adults, dependent adults, or others of any age facing ongoing health or disability challenges.
Specialty Neurological Programs
Family Life Care provides complete solutions to care for the neurological patient while slowing the progression of their disorder.
Veterans Programs
Family Life Care is Veteran owned and we have engaged with the Veteran's Administration to participate in every VA Health and Retirement Program that we can serve. Many Veterans are unaware of programs they are eligible for and the associated benefits.
